Honduras SHG roasted by EPOS is more complex than its HG counterpart, making it a specialty coffee; SHG (Strictly High Grown) specifies that the coffee was grown at around 1350 meters altitude. Coffee grown at high-altitude, with lower temperature has a slower ripening that creates a more pleasant result in the cup; EP (European Preparation) specifies that the green beans are all aligned and carefully hand-selected eliminating any defective bean or foreign body. This coffee gives in the cup a fruity fragrance combining caramel and aromatic flavors. Medium acidity. Full and liqueur body.
